Welcome to AJ in the Kitchen.
AJ in the Kitchen is an off shoot of Abruzzo Journal, my genealogy and family history website. Abruzzo Journal was launched several years ago to document my family's complex and fascinating history. It was also developed to connect with people who delight in learning about the past.
But unlike her elder sister, AJ in the Kitchen will focus solely on my present day passions: namely my love of food, wine, culture and travel.
It is important to note that my true expertise is in the field of Pediatric Psychiatry. The rest is just amateur's play. But thankfully, no one ever said that you need to be an expert to learn, grow and share your passion. And for that, as well as the opportunity to live in New York City, I am immensely grateful.
